This wine is complex and elegant in style. It has intense deep red tones with violet hues. The nose reveals complex aromas of red fruit, ripe plum and licorice, black pepper, nutmeg and mild nutty notes. It is full bodied and well structured, and excels in its long finish.
This wine has its own unique style with very intense mineral characteristics, which show the attributes of the best terroir for Argentine Malbec.

Hand-picked in boxes of 20 kilograms. For the harvest date (first half of April) are achieved with very good fruit polyphenolic maturation and high sugar content. It makes a cold maceration for 3 days with temperatures of 8°C. Traditional fermentation with selected yeasts for 20 days with temperatures of 25-28°C, with three daily pumping over. 60% of the mass was a step vinous 12 months in barrels of French oak first use.
Hand-picked in boxes of 20 kilograms. For the harvest is achieved with very good fruit polyphenolic maturation and high sugar content. Cold maceration for 4 days at 10°C. Fermentation with selected yeasts, carried out at temperatures between 25-28°C. The total time of maceration with the skins was 25 days. 40% of the mass was a step vinous 8 months in barrels of French oak first use.
Harvesting takes place in the early hours to ensure a low temperature of vintage and boxes to avoid deterioration of the grains during transport.
The aromas of this wine are reminiscent of tropical fruits, white-fleshed peaches, citrus and a touch of rue. The palate shows citrus flavors of pink grapefruit, pineapple and peach and repeating the tropical fruit such as passion fruit and mango. Its good acidity makes it fresh, young and enduring.
