This sparkling wine draws our attention for its pink color with a purple characteristic and for its free and nice aromas of red fruit, especially of strawberry and black cherry. Its entry on the palate repeats the typical notes of the Malbec variety which remain and provide the key of its character. A very fine acidity adds juiciness and freshness to its good combination and connection between nose and mouth. Compact and persistent on the palate.
