Tasting Notes:
Luigi Bosca Cabernet Malbec is a ruby red wine with violet shades.  Its spiced aromas bring elegant memories of clove and black pepper contributed by Cabernet Sauvignon, that are in perfect harmony with the red fruits, plums, cherries and morello cherries contributed by Malbec.  Its ageing in oak casks gives it greater volume in the mouth and subtle notes of coffee and chocolate.

Ageing potential:
8 years.

Recommended wine serving temperature:
Between 18°C to 20°.

Recommended pairings:
It matches perfectly well with roasted red meat with longer cooking times.  It also goes well with hard cheeses.
