La Linda Torrtonés is a light-yellow color wine.  It has nice fruit aromas on the nose such as jasmine and notes of lavender and pink grapefruit.  It is sweet and mouth filling on the palate.  Notes of white peaches reminiscent of orange peel jam are noticed.  A white wine with excellent freshness, fruity and very good lingering on the palate.

Tasting Notes:
La Linda High Vines Sauvignon Blanc is a yellowish green color white wine of great varietal typicity, with expressive aromas that remind of critics (lemon zest) and wild notes of rue.  It is fresh, pungent and direct on the palate, all fresh mouth filling sensations.  Pleasant acidity that gives briskness and persistence.  Also mineral notes, grass and white grapefruit are noticed with a subtle and very pleasant herbaceous hint.  Very good harmony and tension thanks to its youth.  It has a good volume on the palate and a nice fruit sensation.

Luigi Bosca Gala 3 is a great white blend in which Viognier contributes the elegant aromas of peach and apricot, that are combined with a touch of minerality typical of Riesling, in excellent harmony with the citrus and honey notes of Chardonnay.  Ageing the Chardonnay in casks is precisely what adds complexity to the blend through vanilla notes and a considerable mouthfeel volume, that is completed with a delicate acidity to support an attractive freshness.
