This sparkling wine draws our attention for its pink color with a purple characteristic and for its free and nice aromas of red fruit, especially of strawberry and black cherry.  Its entry on the palate repeats the typical notes of the Malbec variety which remain and provide the key of its character.  A very fine acidity adds juiciness and freshness to its good combination and connection between nose and mouth.  Compact and persistent on the palate.

La Linda Smart Blend has an attractive compact and bright burgundy color.  This mixture has a bouquet of liquorice, mushrooms and ripe berries with a toasted finish that gives elegance and complexity.  On the palate it is full-bodied and fresh at the same time.  Its good character tannins are round and in total balance with rich acidity that merges in a tasty and lingering finish on the palate.

Luigi Bosca Grand Pinot Noir. La Consulta is a red wine with violet shades and aromas reminiscent of dark cherries, blackberries, strawberries and red plums, which are replicated on the palate.  Round mouthfeel, with a balanced acidity that adds freshness and a long finish with fresh fruit notes.  The subtle presence of sweet and ripe tannins, in addition to the contribution of its ageing in oak, completes the complexity of this great wine.

50% of the wine is aged btween 6 to 8 months in second use barrels.
